To report complaints about June Medicals' accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters, or to convey other concerns to June Medicals's independent directors, you may:

• All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by the Chief Legal Officer.
• You will receive a written acknowledgement from the Chief Legal Officer upon receipt of your written complaint or concern.
• Complaints relating to June Medicals's accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be referred to members of the Audit Committee.
• Other concerns will be referred to the Lead Director of June Medicals's Board.
